I always feel caught off guard when interviewers start asking behavioural interview questions. It’s one thing to talk about your skills, but trying to come up with real-life examples on the spot is stressful. I never know if I’m saying too much or not enough

I get that! The tricky part is figuring out how to structure your answer so it actually shows what you bring to the table. If you struggle with behavioural interview questions, there’s a really helpful guide at https://jobssite.ca/expert-tips-for-answering-behavioural-interview-questions/ that breaks down how to answer them in a way that makes sense to hiring managers. A little prep can make a huge difference

That sounds useful! I used to think interviews were just about showing confidence, but the way you explain things really matters. If you don’t have a clear structure, it’s easy to go off track. I’m definitely going to check that out because I could use a better way to handle those types of questions!
