I would you like to make offer. Usually Im playing on your server under the name Latino. I noticed since some period there is problem with quality of server. I guess it is connected with overload on server and to many servers hosted on same machine. Problem is visible especially while peak hours. Ping is higher than on morning and server laggy. One of my buddies is owner dedicated server. It is hosted http://www.g-portal.de/en/ That company hosting servers for ESL league and quality their service is much better than markiemod. I have been talk with him (ofcorse without any promise) and he can offer to you server 18 slots for 15 euro per month. He can grant FTP access so you will be able to modify stuff like webadmin accounts etc.
Honestly I do not sell anything but consider this cause price compared to markie servers is only 3 euro more per month.
If you wanna test server feel free to visit 193.192.58.245:10480 (server hosted in 1.0 , noobdude) WM hosting servers also in same company and we never had any troubles with stability or quality.

Well i would rather recommend Gaming Deluxe instead of G-Portal for following reasons:

1. Servers situated in NL,UK,GER instead of G-Portal's GER
2. G-Portal's Website is based on DE language and difficult to understand for most people. Well u have to translate it using google which is another case of misery. And ofc GDeluxe is English based and ofc leader in Europe for provision of Servers.
3. Lagless, using powerful Intel Xeon Servers. Its "the" best alternative to Markmods. And finally Cost is same as MM

Currently A3 server is hosted in Germany. G-Poral is hosted one of the best center. Without offence but GDeluxe is joke. I played on servers hosted by that company (Previous Ultimate Force server) and it is even worse than markiemod.
G Portal page is made in 2 languages so you can pick Germany or English.
Third thing it is dedicated server so he host stuff only for himself. He not earn money that way so his server isn't overloaded. He host right 1 swat server and 1 cod server for his community. Anyway it is up to you. For me isnt big deal where do you host since I cant earn for that

Anyways for SWAT4 Markmods hosting is the best since MarkieBoy is mostly online to be contacted and lags can be reduced by switching to either gez mod or turning off SMAC & MUPS.

Usually when my knowledge about something is limited than Im silent. Tell me do you think gaming delux earn money mainly cause of swat 4 servers ? They offer servers to other games. Swat eat a lot of CPU so if you wish host good swat server than it will be cost much more than 0,55 euro per slot. Not to many company has offer this game cause this game isnt famous and server absorbs to much power.
Germany has much better net infrastructure than England so ping poeple from Europe has lower than on servers hosted in England.
As like WM member our 1.1 server tested all new news created by Markie but even if Markie is WM member we removed his mod cause SMAC ban innocent poeple , MUPS is totally useless and it creat a lot of lags. Anyway you dont need Markiemod to remove or add smac, gez or whatever you wish and it is not something what you change everyday but once per month or even less

You are True in case of "Germany has better net infrastructure" and "SWAT4 eats a lot of CPU usage" but i have seen several GDeluxe SWAT4 Servers being used by Clans and ofc with limited lags. Lags do cause when people with higher ping connect to it. Anyways G-Portal is a new company i guess?

GDeluxe not lagging ? Even poeple from England complain about that hoster I can give you Charfire (live in UK) as like example he had ping on English servers around 40 ms , server hosted in Germany around 30 ms. 40 ms on server hosted in own country is epic fail. I have ping 15-20 ms on server hosted in Poland. For guy from India (ping is above 200 ms) it doesnt metter but for poeple from Europe it does make the different.
