at this very moment i am in game with a guy called falcon punch !!!! and he says he an admin . is he cause i don't think hes is because he didn't know about jet pack .
so can he get banned for lying or not ?

Just for the record being an admin for SGC has nothing to do with Rank. That privilege is earned.
And yes representing yourself as a member or admin of SGC when you are not is a bannable offense. If you could please let us know what server he was in at the time he claimed this.

btw i looked at his tats and found this last on line :Jun 30, 2011 12:20am.

i know i am late to this BUT we admins earn our spots. Some got them a long time ago because those were noticed because of their rank, and THEN seen as trustworthy people who became SGC members, some got them because they opened servers for SGC back when there were not nearly as many and they were always full AND seen to be trust worthy. Seniority and trustworthiness are 2 of the main factors, but of course not the only ones.
