Hello SGC

I got banned a couple days ago by an admin who's name has "dogg" in it (I forgot the name though I know it didn't have the SGC clan in the name).

Here's the situation, 4 of us are in a survival server when bad things started happening, first whenever we got close to starting the zombie run we'd magically be removed from the area and placed at the start point without all the weapons & setup we picked out (this is after we spent 20min building forts, we were all ready to go. Clearly admin abuse, so we voted to switch maps. After that we'd try to build structures that suddenly get completely deleted, and after that the admin started activating the zombie switch as soon as we voted to reset the game. At this point I figured out who kept turning on the switch because they were the closest one (not knowing it was THE admin), so I called him out on it and initiated a kick request. This is when it told me he had immunity so I left. Just before I left he said "it was a big mistake to have done that" and I suppose he banned me shortly after.

Now I know you must know this guy much better than me to make him an admin (or this guy hacked your server) but I know you guys didn't spend your money & time making this server just so a few immature admins can screw with people while your back is turned.

Normally I dont care enough to do anything about these things but I'm the admin of a minecraft server and we've had our own headaches with admin abuse. You get the wrong one and suddenly everything's covered in Lava, it's at that point when people's hard work gets destroyed and they stop coming in. Player participation is what makes a server great & fun (especially minecraft servers) so we should make it as enjoyable as we can for them...

I just want to kill some zombies and not be abused is that too much to ask for?

Well the reason you were banned is because of this comment in chat.

"Silly Gamer, Hax R 4 Me!: some ahole admin" Now the person that banned you was me. If you are going to be on our servers you must respect all Players and Admins. If there is any Admin abuse we will deal with it. The ban is for one week. We want people to play and have fun while on our servers but, we do not want anyone who does not respect the rules or others. I'm not saying you did but, that comment in chat is not the way to express yourself in game. In the future if you feel that there was Admin abuse going on please post it here. The ban will expire on 09/16/12.

Listen mate, I don't care about your little ban on your little server. I just came in here to tell you about your immature admins. I don't care if you ban me for life, I left your steam group already.

Let me tell you this is classic Standford Prison Experiment In the scenario your the prison warden, that admin was a guard, and the players are prisoners. You ignore what your admins are doing so they run a muck and abuse us for fun. By not punishing them and punishing us you enforce their behavior.

What your admin did was provoke us, especially me, what he got in return was very mild. Put it into perspective, me and the other players spent 10-20 minutes per map building shelters and then this guy deletes them or puts holes in them etc. he got a couple comments in return for all that, then he cries like a baby to you so you ban me.

Can you not control the people who admin your servers, seriously?

< that's the person you hired as an admin, no dick, and spends his life bullying people on little game servers.

Well Thank You for your comments your ban has been upgraded to Permanent. We don't ban people we ban attitudes yours is not one we wish to have on our servers.

Plus his account now says:
"This account has been closed and will be deleted in 29 days 23 hours 51 minutes 37 seconds."

The players that are respectful of others and communicate never have to go through this or get their panties in a bunch.
