post if u see a greafer or teamkiller so "5th survivor" or any other admin can take care of that.
if posible steamID/NAME,bann-reason,date and time when it happend.
any snapshot or vide could be useful too.

There is a guy named Lion from the UK, who goes around on practically any server killing people the instant he joins the game. He'll vote to change the difficulty to expert if it's not already on expert, then take a shotgun and kill everyone. He even recorded videos of him doing this on many servers. So if you see him, kill his ass before he kills you then kick/ban him.

One of the things I miss about playing L4d, is killing team killers with a shotgun blast right in their bitch ass faces.

I saw his name mentioned on the steam forums about how he was causing trouble and likes to record it. I should have recorded when he joined the server. By the time I thought about it it was too late so I took some pics of the chat messages.
