In case anyone has been interested in buying the originals for L4D or L4D2, right now they are $5 each on steam. And if you buy both it's only $7.49. That is the cheapest I have ever seen them, so I bought both of them even though I already had the non-steam versions.

But the deal ends October 29, 2012. Get them now if you want to buy.

Though I'm still surprised L4D1 is still not free on Steam yet. It should be free since they don't really support it any more and they have other games that are free but l4D isn't. That's some super bullshit. Damn you Valve.

You know what else? L4D2 should have never been made, or at least not yet. I have been able to get characters and maps from L4D2 working on L4D1. So I don't see why the hell they needed to make a sequel when they could have added all the L4D2 stuff to L4D1. They lied when they said it couldn't be done. Damn you Valve again
