It's pretty simple really.
If your server wasn't scanned for a period of time, then there is nothing to record for that period of time. Final statistics are calculated on scanned data only. I am a community user. even after resolving my graph for past 12 hrs is showing as 0 players which will impact my server's rank....

The graph is not 'real time'. It will only update once per 30-60 minutes.
As the server was not scanned during that time there are no statistics to record, so yes it may affect your server's rank. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about that as we do not fabricate data for the statistics. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
