But server is up and running all ports open, this is an arma2 OA server

I am unable to scan this server on HLSW, which you can confirm for yourself if you want. If there is no firewall causing problems, it would lead me to think you have the server settings set up incorrectly or you run a mod that modifies the query protocol.

On another note, GT officially only supports ArmA. However, its possible it may work under ArmA but there are no guarantees.

oki no mods running have in the past also added a simular server with no problems at all but i will ask the host about query protocol
