hello i am wondering a thing, my server has 64 slots and a player ratio of 44.5 players.
we used to be 3rd and now we are 4th.

passed from 4th to 3rd with a ratio of 40.3 or so and now they are 2nd with a ratio of 40.9, how is this even possible?
by the way their player stats is very weird. many players joined at the exact same time and some have unbelievable scores....

can you please check what's wrong and maybe explain me how they get to be second with a so low ratio and player slot?

The average player count isn't the only criteria used for ranking servers, although it is the most significant. For servers where the average player count is close, its possible that other ranking criteria would rank one server higher than another.

We are working on a fix for the player score anomalies. In the meantime, these invalid scores shouldn't be adversely affecting the server rankings.

okay thanks for the answer but why do they get higher ranking then? i mean my server is more played than theirs and during the night we always have players while they dont... there should be something wrong... i mean we have been 3rd for over a month and we never got the second place... they got it in one day without having a better server than ours... what should i do to get it? tell me whatever to do other than bringing players to the server...

It appears that the server rankings are based on a 5 day rolling average. Comparing the monthly average player count is not a precise indicator of the server rank.

From the data for the past 5 days:

78.129.244.229:27015 = 40.2750 average players

85.114.140.30:27015 = 38.0333 average players

Based on those results, I'd say the ranking are about right.
