I basically upgraded to Premium for the 16slots public server.
Wanted to run a TF2 server based in Europe but sadly it seems TF2 can only be setup in USA, while CSS for example is installable in Amsterdam. Is this a bug?

It could be temporarily backordered until more space is available for TF2 servers. Contact support [at] gametracker.com if you want to get the official status of this location for TF2.
