ArmA's interface with stat reporting has not changed much between ArmA1 and the ArmA2 files. ArmA2:OA is the same communication and statistics as ArmA2.
We have had NO serverside configuration changes on our primary server aside from a hostname change (shortend), after the problem had occurred. The server side configuration that we have been running has been in place for the better part of one year. This is the same server side configuration that I have ran for TacticalGamer.com's ArmA servers, as well as ArmAGoons.com's ArmA servers. The statistics on those servers does not appear to be impacted. Our secondary servers running on this server with the same configuration structure do not appear to be impacted, only the server on port 2302. There have been no Firewall or TCP/IP stack changes on the host operating system. At this time short of wiping our stats and re-registering our game server, what actions do we need to take to expedite this. While I am already a gameservers.com customer, I feel that having to pay an additional fee for our tracking to be resorted would be exorbitant while other tracking services are working properly, see http://arma2.swec.se/server/data/147473?page=1 At this time our basic traffic has fallen off dramatically over the false reporting of traffic that your service offers. What actions do you require that we can get this issue resolved? |

Death said he would look into it, I'm not exactly sure what more you're looking for. I am not aware of any fee/donation process you could make to get "instant" support over every other person on the website.

GameTracker has not yet added ArmA2:OA to the free tracking provided;
... The inclusion and emphasis on the underlined "free" is what lead to that questioning. There is also http://www.gametracker.com/account/plan.php Which also implies paid services, and potentially paid support. I was inquiring that if I paid money, or provided some other form of input into server configuration if this would expedite the process. At no point defined in my post nor prior posts is there a "demand" for instant support, only inquiries into the process. That being said, it was commented that the process would be looked into at the beginning of the week. We are at this point past the halfway point of a business week, and I am again asking for what other information you require that would assist in this process. |

I do not believe death will need more information when he checks it out. Premium packages are for self-managed server subscriptions at low prices.

Your server should be scanning correctly now.

It appears to be scanning properly now. What was the fix? I am curious since my other servers did not seem to be affected. Was it related to a badly parsed username?
Is there any way that the misreported traffic can be corrected and or negated from the averages based on this failure? Observed dates 2011-08-12 till 2011-08-30? |

I don't work on this section of the code base directly, but it appears that some servers are using a slightly modified version of the gamespy protocol. I suspect maybe those servers are patched differently or have different mods running - but that is just a guess.
