I just updated our server to the new AA patch 3.2

Now, GameTracker is reporting that my server is dead, even though it is up and running. I double checked the query port and it is correct. I know that they have made some significant changes with this patch. Any idea how to resolve this issue?

The recent patch required some changes on the back-end. You server appears to be scanning correctly now.

Both of my servers are not working correctly can you fix please

It may take a bit for all the servers to sync with new info, I manually updated your servers.


For anyone else having problems, if you go to the manage page for your server and update the scanning parameters to the default values (Game=AA3, port=27020) that should do the trick.

What's with the map icons for server banners alley is not showing up?????

Not 100% sure yet. Looks like some map names may have changed with recent update.

i.e. old map names "Alley_day_cloudy", "Alley_day_foggy" are now "Alley".

Both server from -=NoBS=- are now tracked.. as mentioned the map images are missing.

When trying to claim ownership of a server I change the name to Gametracker but GT see's the name as [Honor Server] GameTracker

You will need to change the string you are trying to compare to for claiming ownership...

You have a bug when attempting to claim ownership of a server. You ask owners to rename their server to "GameTracker" in order to claim ownership. This is not possible for the reason being no matter what you name your server to, including "GameTracker" you have not taken into account that there is a phrase added automatically to each server name. For example my server is called "(-r3bel-) Rebel Gamers Honor Server" but if you check gametracker stats it is listed as "[Honor Server] (-r3bel-) Rebel Gamers Honor Server". You will need to take into account the fact that there is an added phrase before a server name when owners are going through the server ownership process. This is obviously since the update to version 3.2.

Please take into account ALL servers will have [Honor Server] no matter what they call it, even though they did not add that phrase themselves.

You can now claim AA3 servers with names prefixed by "[Honor Server]".
