Hello!

Yesterday i added the following BF3 server on gametracker.

Now I can see, that the player tracking is not working fine, because I can detect player names, that can't exist and I also didnt see any of them in die Online Player Stats. I was following this during the whole day. Also such a playername cannot be created on BF3.
Of course there are also Player that are correct tracked.

Hello,

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. This could be an issue on GT's end, as I don't see a way to add those characters to BF3 soldier names (not even with origin's name change).

We will investigate further.

Maybe this will help your investigation - a lot of those strange soldier names are playing often on Counter Strike Source Servers.

And I was searching in our Admin Database (rconNET) for this Player and he was never visiting our Server or rather to find on BF3 as soldier.

I'm sorry, we don't have any further updates at the moment. I have registered this issue with our developers - we will update this thread when there is more information. Thank you for your continued patience.

Player information for this server was being combined and stored with player information from another server. This issue has been fixed and your server is now recording stats in its own dedicated location.

However, all of the old stats have been copied over, so you will still see stats for players from the other server. You have 2 options; either delete these players individually, or, delete all player stats for you server and start fresh. Either way your server's player stats should record correctly going forward.
