Gametracker.com recognizes my server's IP Multiplay :: DayZ BELGIUM(5.153.11.10:2602) as Multiplay Sins Server(5.153.11.10:2502). How is this possible? So on gametracker.com I claimed ownership of the wrong server. It says im the owner of Multiplay Sins Server(5.153.11.10:2502). But this not my server. Multiplay :: DayZ BELGIUM(5.153.11.10:2602) is my server.

Hi all!
I have the same problem here, my server is hosted by Multiplay.com (Clanforge) and they run more then one server from the same machine and divide them via ports. So I find my DayZ server in the list here at GameTracker and added it to my site, and this morning when I check the site, the banner had change to an other server in Uk. When I look in to it, I saw that we had the same IP# but different port numbers. So I Went in to Gametracker generated a new server banner and put it on my homepage and it worked for a few minutes, and now it says it is that damn server in United Kingdom again, aaaaah! My server is on 85.236.107.26:2902 but it now shows a DayZ Server in United Kingdom thats not mine, *haha* this is so sick and really getting on my nerves. Also have a problem to claim due DayZ automatic add "DayZ 1-2 (Public/Regular) 114008" in front of the server name. ![]()

I've checked it out a bit and it looks like the host sharing the same IP#, Port and Query Port with other DayZ servers?
Are they for real ![]() ![]() |

When DayZ was first released, it didn't support setting the query port of the server. Each server would randomly pick one in a certain range when it started up. This meant that GameTracker would have problems with multiple servers on the same IP.
DayZ has since gained the ability to set the query port, though this is something your host would need to configure for you. I'd suggest you open a ticket with them, and ask them to set your steam query port in the server config. Once they've done that, you can readd your server to GameTracker using the query port they've configured. This will fix the issue, and prevent your banner from changing into someone else's. |

the thing is I know the query port of the server and set it when I added the server. Gametracker.com still added the wrong server.

enixuz wrote: What query port are you using? Did Multiplay actually tell you this was your query port, or did you just guess it? Both the favorite servers on your account appear to be using query ports in the 2701X range. These are what the server uses when it hasn't been configured with a specific port. |

The servers mentioned were added incorrectly or have since changed information.
I've readded http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/5.153.11.10:2602/ for enixuz. b0dybag, you will need to specify the correct query port for 85.236.107.26:2902 since it is nothing in the 27015-27020 range. ![]() |
