Hello. My servers has all day are shown as dead, although they are enabled, work, and play there players! And this is not the first time! What's the problem? Firewall does not block, it's okay.:'(

Your server is blocking traffic.

If you're hosting it from home, make sure your IP has not changed and router (if applicable) is still configured to portforward properly.

Make sure the server is still up and running on the correct ports.

Otherwise, review other changes you made to the firewall to determine what is not allowing traffic on those ports. You can confirm for yourself by downloading a tool like HLSW to see that you are indeed blocking those ports.

No, it is not on GTs end. GT will be unable to do anything if your server doesn't respond.

Not for external traffic. If you're on the same network or not blocked, I'm sure it would not have difficulty reaching it.

i'm having same issues. every server viewer and hslw shows server is online.

gametracker ip's are whitelisted and not blocked.
permessions are set right. and when i tried to "Scan" it says cant scan the server. but it is online with ppl on it including myself.

actually, i didnt remove anything. was showing "online" before, and all of a sudden it doesnt.

Now I am having that problem both of my servers that I rent from NFO. are not being tracked and I didnt touch a thing. Anybody find a fix for this
