I don't mean to be blunt but if you write down your password (If it's a bunch of random letters/numbers) and it is more than 7 characters, the probability of it being cracked is so low that you should never have to worry about it. I agree with the keyloggers though, DON'T download suspicious software! Get an antivirus and DON'T make your password predictable! DON'T give out your password in exchange for something that someone says they will give you! DON'T use the same password for multiple accounts! There is nothing worse than going onto your account and seeing everything gone, or your hard earned stats dropped because you didn't protect your account enough.
