As you can see, it is even in their privacy statement, telling you they are spying on what you type for things SUCH AS (aka anything we want) improving spell checking and autocomplete. What BS.

You have valid concerns about privacy in general, but I feel they are inappropriately exaggerated. The main thing I took from the video is the publisher of it doesn't trust Microsoft. These types of statements are required to be able to provide certain features. If you think it was worded poorly, that is a completely different subject than assuming they are malicious.

As is common today, you will typically have the ability to:
1) Disable or not use a particular feature. (ex. voice to text)
2) Not send the data to the company (ex. when programs ask if they can collect anonymous data)

I have never seen autocomplete features on a password field (other than from password managers). I think if you are concerned about "keyloggers", you should be concerned about actual malware or websites implement their own keylogger functionality for "quality assurance".

I never got any notifications. it is all implied consent because of what is written in the privacy statement. They just went too far with this.

I'm guessing you do not use Google, Facebook, nor autocomplete on your phone, and a number of other services that do and say the same things, correct? Or is it just something personal against Microsoft?

The OS I use is Microsoft. Have done for years, I am a windows guy. I do not like even just a test OS to have a keylogger in it. I mean keylogger in the sense that they get everything you type. I am not talking about typing something into google and hitting a button. Windows 10 is recording everything you do on windows and sending it to them for any purpose they want. They just give you 2 examples of how they "may" use it.

That coupled with the suspicious method they try to get you to not read the privacy statement and you have a seriously bad thing which is now on tons of blogs and now mainstream news all over the world because of it.

Can you send me a link to where it says that? This isn't the interpretation you should make from the privacy policy, so I'd like to hear where you see them stating that.

Instead of just reading a few bullet points, I would recommend reading the the full privacy statement. Specifically, these may help you clarify/understand the meaning behind the language companies need to use in Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, etc:

1. How We Use Data
2. Disclosure of Data
