My server has a bug since the last maintenance, it doesn't refresh the information after 5 minutes or so like before, it's been scanning for about 16 hours and the statistics are all the same.

Not quite as dire as the OP's situation, but I have noticed a much longer scanning interval since yesterday's maintenance.
I'm not sure what the longest interval has been, but according to our public server page, it is regularly exceeding 20 minutes between scans/page updates. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. Hint: I do not accept (or reply to) personal requests for re-ranking or unbanning. You must use the forums please. The server information for our site is not updating...
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/216.155.140.125:2302/ The comment under the banner says... "* Banner updates every 1-2 minutes. To get this and other banners for your server, please visit your server's page." ... but it only seems to update when er reset the server, not when players come and go. |

The issues relating to slow server scanning have been fixed. Thanks for reporting this bug.
