Hello,

This is something that was bugging me since forever.
When I login to the site and I check the remember me box the remember part lasts just a few days.

I always have to login to Gametracker as it doesn't remember my login information.

Please see what can be done so the login is more persistent. I don't think the data I have on Gametracker is so sensitive.

Thank you

The password and username save for me in Android & on a Windows computer.

I don't necessarily think that it's a bug since it works fine for me.

I do think that it could probably be an issue with your browser - try clearing your cache / try using a different browser and see if the issue persists.

- Also note that if you keep clearing your browser history; the login information would be lost.

It happends on my home laptop on windows and linux and also on my work laptop.

I don't clear my browser history.

Also I'm not saying they are not remembered just that it last only a few days. Maybe my IP changes or something

Which browser do you use; Firefox, chrome? - If it's neither; please specify.

I have GameTracker's forum home page & my profile homepage as a 'BOOKMARK' in both Android & Windows.

On my windows computer I use chrome - I used the bookmark to lead me to GameTracker's page. Instead of using the URL bar to lead me to GameTracker; the bookmark does the same function.

I used to have the same issue (in Android) that you explained; but by using the bookmark to lead me to the site; it was mitigated.

If you don't know how to set up a bookmark for your respective browsers; www.google.com will be your friend in that situation.

I hope this helps,

I am using both Firefox and Chrome. I don't use a bookmark but I think this feature should work by URL also as it stores cookies.

I'll monitor the behavior and report back. Thanks for your help.

I would check your browser retention settings. Things that would delete cookies after X days, etc. Even browser plugins like password managers have these types of settings too.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
