It's fixed now, as for the DDoS guy I think his isp got him banned

There is no solution for ddos attack only if you buy a new vps from tni.ro or krond solution .

I have suffered for 3 years from ddos attacks ، i try to ban ip of the attacker from iptables and i try to limit packets recived , i install a program called fai2ban but no thing helped me .
