There appears to be an issue with server scanning at the moment.

This is not the first time happening to us, and we really try too hard and invest a lot of money to make this server the best, i'm ranked number 4 in CS 1.6 servers, and this is not fair while my server is not scanned and somebody other is scanned. This will lose too much rank, at least freeze all the ranks. This is the second time it's happening these weeks, we lost our motivation to get to the top. We are very dissapointed!

At least, ranking fluctuation should be stopped when scanning function has downed.
