Hi,
i have changed server ip but dns is not adding new and showing server dead. after every 30mins dns also vanishes from "manage" page. server is showing added and unclaimed https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/ts3.greensgaming.com:9987/ |

There is absolutely no need to add a second server.
That is the purpose of dns. Update the dns to point to the new IP and then wait for the dns changes to propagate to world dns services. I am a community user. i didnt add the server at all on manual IP. i have updated DNS mutiple times since yesterday but when ever i recheck the settings in "manage" page, DNS entry is not present. DNS propagation has been completed already.
when i update dns and clicks on the server, it shows unclaimed online server but after 30mins or 1 hour dns vanishes from man page and ip is never updated. |

There are two server pages;
https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/34.93.231.84:9987/ and https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/ts3.greensgaming.com:9987/ The dns is currently pointing to 185.71.65.48 I am a community user.
