Server hasn't been scanned in over 6 hrs

Hi! Other servers in our game (UT2004) are being scanned normally, my server (CEONSS) hasn't been scanned in over 6 hrs while it was fine before. I didn't make any changes to the server in the meantime. Has anything changed at Gametracker that might have caused this?

Hi, there seems to be something going wrong with the trackers, first I though it was trouble on my side, but the servers are working normally.

It doesn't happen to all of them, just a few of them, though:

Normally, the scanning servers are self-correcting within 2-3 hours.
The issue has been reported to management.

Hello! We encounter the same situation like this man: https://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=182920

Basically, the following servers are not scanned by GameTracker:
https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/188.213.242.196:27015/
https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/188.213.242.195:27015/

Last scanned 7 hours 53 minutes 55 seconds ago - Why is that?

I already added GameTracker scanner IP addresses to IPTables, but there's nothing changed on your website. Other IP addresses hosted on the same dedicated server are working properly. Eg: https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/188.213.242.194:27015/

We added GameTracker IP addresses in our firewall from here: https://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=108247
We also mention the fact that our firewall is not blocking GameTracker scanner IP addresses.
Actually, Gametracker scanner is not even making the connection properly to see traffic from it on our network.

Please fix the issues with GameTracker Scanners and rescan our servers:
188.213.242.196:27015
188.213.242.195:27015

We are looking forward for a reply from GameTracker Administrators about this bug.
