Hello!
I have changed my server's DNS name to "nemzetijb.hu", several days ago, but the change only resulted in the server page not being able to be opened from the site, because it still points to the link with the IP address in it. The DNS name correctly points to the new IP, but it seems the site won't update it regardless. The server in question is: https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/37.221.211.66:27016/ The new URL for it, which the browser tries to open: https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/nemzetijb.hu:27016/ (The old server is still up and running, because I want to make the final move when GT decides to update, so that I don't lose anything accidentally.) What can I do in this situation? Thanks. |

nemzetijb.hu currently resolves to 213.181.206.110 not 37.221.211.66

Yes, that is the problem. It resolves to the IP beginning with 213, but GT still displays the old one beginning with 37.

Is it possible to manually push the update of the IP somehow? Because the DNS address is pointing to the right IP, but GT just doesn't update.

Alright, I guess I will be better off adding the servers with the new IP to GT then.

If you add them with the IP you can change to dns later.
You can always migrate the player statistics (not rank) to the new server if you have a lot of history you don't want to lose. See: How do I migrate player stats or rank between server pages? I have the same problem. You can temporarily create a secondary ddns and update with the new one on the claim server button. I did it and it didn't lose the history and is back online but this is a temporary solution until development fixes the problem
