Server cannot be scanned

Since 2 days, my TS3 is not scan by GT Service.
The GT's IP is not blacklisted(is whitelisted), have rights to scan the server.
The server is running and the query port is correct can scan it with same settings than that I have put on GT.
Server :
Query Port : 10011

I don't know what is the problem

Your join port does not seem to have been set up correctly. I am receiving the following while issuing a use port command via telnet:

Welcome to the TeamSpeak 3 ServerQuery interface, type "help" for a list of commands and "help <command>" for information on a specific command.
