Hello, Our server lists properly on gametracker, however there seems to be an issue with another group using the same IP but a different port. Our game IP:port is 96.8.114.155:25220, gametracker uses the querry port 47220. The other group is I believe 96.8.114.155:25250 but herein lies our problem. When using ACI Live Secure, which pulls server info from gametracker, I get this: ( [TC] | 32 P | CQ/DOM/Obliteration | H/C ) If I use the querry port it displays our info but does not track. ([BR] | BlueRidge | RIP BR-dunmanje) I spent several days messaging back/forth with Jimbo @ ACI & was told the issue is on gametrackers side & needed to contact you to correct it. Thanks! According to battlelog their port is NOT 25220, unfortunately their server is down at the moment or I would share this info as well.

It seems that the person/people who added these servers added them incorrectly.

I have deleted the [TC] server (port 25220) from the website.

Now, in order to get your server to show up properly, you have the following options:

1. Delete your current server page at http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/96.8.114.155:47220/ and then re-add the information correctly.

2. Change your current server page to a query port for another BF4 server on that IP address (must be valid and not already taken). Then re-add your server correctly. Next use the Migrate Stats function on the OLD server page and select the new one (after you claim the new one) to transfer the stats. Then, delete the old page.

Ok, now it is currently set using the game port 25220 & querry port of 47220 which is the correct ports for our server. Now the gameservers banenr display our server with correct players & presumably ports. The ACI banner, deleted & readded the server to LiveSecure there as well, still shows {TC}?
