You can see here: http://47th.info
Though it reports as up and running with the green indicator it says "Server down" and doesn't display any channels. Here's the following steps I have taken: 1) Triple checked all settings for firewalls, ports, et cetera; 2) Had an IT professional perform step #1 as well; 3) Re-installed GTMurmur entirely from a completely fresh and up-to-date download; and 4) Reinstalled Murmur (with fresh download) and re-re-installed GTMurmur. Any ideas? It just won't report the channels and users correctly. |

Moving this to the bug reports forum for investigation. It seems it might be an issue in the GT scanner since GT seems to be getting data, just not showing anything.

Hello,
Good catch. We moved our internal scanning for voice servers and forgot to update our firewall list to reflect that (Ultimately we plan to reduce the number of GT scanner IPs that you have to open in your firewall). Can you allow scanning from the following IP addresses in your firewall? Let us know if that resolves the issue. 208.167.241.183 208.167.241.189 Best regards. |
