Receiving "Please complete the security check to access Gametracker.com" from banners

Hi all,

On my website:

https://www.unigamia.com/

I have three banners, one for my TeamSpeak 3 server, one for my Garry's Mod server, and one for my ARK server. A few weeks ago it started to display a message:

Please complete the security check to access Gametracker.com

And now it does not display anything for my banners at all. Is there something in the settings of my servers that I need to update? I can still see the banners if I paste them directly into my browser, like this:

http://cache.www.gametracker.com/components/html0/?host=54.209.51.53:9987&bgColor=1F2642&fontColor=8790AE&titleBgColor=11172D&titleColor=FFFFFF&borderColor=333333&linkColor=FF9900&borderLinkColor=999999&showMap=0¤tPlayersHeight=160&showCurrPlayers=1&showTopPlayers=0&showBlogs=0&width=240

Any and all help appreciated.

I don't see the error you mention but it's probably easiest for you to go through the console messages. If you have any questions please contact your web developer.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

I see the issue. My website is in HTTPS, but Firefox blocks Mixed Active Loading Content:

Blocked loading mixed active content “http://cache.www.gametracker.com/components/html0/?host=54.209.51.53:9987&bgColor=1F2642&fontColor=8790AE&titleBgColor=11172D&titleColor=FFFFFF&borderColor=333333&linkColor=FF9900&borderLinkColor=999999&showMap=0¤tPlayersHeight=160&showCurrPlayers=1&showTopPlayers=0&showBlogs=0&width=240

If I try to go to either of the above links in HTTPS, 69.64.35.154:27015 or 69.64.35.154:27115, I receive a:

403 Forbidden
cloudflare-nginx

Error after confirming a temporary security certificate exception. And it seems Mixed Active Loading Content cannot be enabled on Firefox, but it can be on Chrome. Still, it requires a manual user action in order to load the banner and can only be done on a specific browser.

Is there any way to load banners on an HTTPS-enabled site?

Also, thank you very much(!!!) for your quick reply. My community members have been bugging me to fix my GameTracker banners for months since that's how they check who's online.

Strangely enough, the link you provided is working, but the links to my game servers are not working:

https://cache.www.gametracker.com/components/html0/?host=69.64.35.154:27015&bgColor=1F2642&fontColor=8790AE&titleBgColor=11172D&titleColor=FFFFFF&borderColor=333333&linkColor=FF9900&borderLinkColor=999999&showMap=0¤tPlayersHeight=160&showCurrPlayers=1&showTopPlayers=0&showBlogs=0&width=240

I receive:

Your connection is not secure

The owner of cache.www.gametracker.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

cache.www.gametracker.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for the following names: ssl453916.cloudflaressl.com, *.gametracker.com, gametracker.com Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

EDIT: It was that pesky www!!! I just noticed it. Removing them makes it work. I'll fix it now.

I noticed a slight problem with the GameTracker banners on my website since fixing them:

https://www.unigamia.com/

The images for the game servers will not load:

https://image.gametracker.com/images/maps/160x120/garrysmod/ttt_minecraft_b5.jpg

Invalid SSL certificate

The origin web server does not have a valid SSL certificate.

It seems the image.gametracker.com site does not have a valid certificate. Is there any way to fix this?

You may have to wait a little while. While parts of the site work better with https, not everything has been fully setup for it so it may not work perfectly.

This is happening to me too. I have to authenticate my browser through gametracker.com in order to view the image banners
