I suggest you post at getgsc.com for GSC support. GSC support does not actively monitor this website because GSC is a separate website, as you are aware. Since you were unaware of that, I hope this clears that up for you!

In terms of their servers that died a few weeks ago, you should post at GSC for more feedback.

GSC DOWN AGAIN! Looks Like A User/Password Database/Server Issue this time??? It wont let me login w/ my correct PW. Its supposed to be the same credentials I use Here. I even tried to go to the website and just create a new Login. But It never sent the verif-email. What really sucks is whoever hosts GSC, Instead of letting us know something. They typically clamp down, turn off their forum, and even have been known to shutdown the WebSite! Geeze I wish they'd just put up a notice simply telling us there's currently a problem were working on bla bla bla or something! So we know its not just our account deleted or something else!
