Gametracker staff do not randomly remove servers, except in the case of a ban, which is not random.
As you were able to add your server back you may be certain that no one from Gametracker removed it.

And how my server was removed? I didn't do it, you can check my history profile activity.
Maybe you can add my rank back

Rank is not and can not be assigned. It must be earned through the server history. The same applies to player statistics.
When they are gone, they are gone.

Server rank will usually return within 4-7 days assuming the popularity remains the same.
