Is this problem impossible to resolve ?

It's been over a year since this fatal bug was first reported. Either the technicians have no intention of fixing it, or the person(s) with the required skills left long ago? Effectively it means only long standing servers are fully tracked. The support team behind the scenes are polite enough to tell us they are aware of the issue and have it in hand, but one year without any progress you have to think it's simply a dead issue. The only thing that surprises me is that the entire Gametracker site is still up? Maybe the clock is ticking on that too.

Hi Loki and thanks for the info. So looks like GT is dead and helping to kill off a lot of the old gamers community server activity.
As for most things these days progress is going backwards instead of making for improvements. At least i can still see if there are players online but not quite as stimulating as being able to see who played when and what their scores were.
I'll probably be laying a wreath on my server in the following months.

Yes, this bug popped up yet again new month. Last time it was ~2 weeks in September 2023. Here's an image of it.

It just blanks out almost all servers temporarily, in March 2024, everyone got cache banned for 2 weeks when the website automatically logs you out.

Administrators have been notified.
They are in a different time zone to Europe so it may take some time for this to be actioned.

I still have this problem, and I can't register the statistics, almost a year has passed

Almost 1 year no help with stats registration error..

Newly added servers have their player stats tracked.
This has been working for many weeks.

If you have a server that is still not tracking then have someone else take page ownership, then take ownership back.
Tracking will then be enabled.

Bump
