I've commented on an image in my images library... What I've noticed is that when you comment on an image, it shows that you've commented twice. (When i clearly made only one comment)

I'm not sure if this is an 'expected behavior' so i consider it as a 'bug'.
If i'm wrong, please clarify.

Edit - What I've noticed is that if you look at your 'RECENT ACTIVITY' (HOME) it only shows the one comment per image.
On your (PROFILE), it shows twice, per image.

Screenshots/image uploads were removed from the site a while back, but I know they didn't remove all parts so there are still remnants of that feature.
