Ranking Guidelines

Attempting to cheat the ranking system in any way will result in a ban/derank for all servers involved.

Server boosting, redirects, and duplicate servers will lead to a permanent ban.

Bans/deranks from bots/idle players will be lifted if the issue is corrected however, repeat offenses also lead to permanent bans.

Additional information:

- If you have the message on your server page:
"This server has been detected to report fake or idle clients and it is not eligible to be ranked."

It could have been de-ranked for ANY of the 7 reasons listed in the first link.

- Spectators/Moderators still count as idle clients.

- Spamming posts will result in account suspension.

- For unclaimed server pages: please claim the server page before posting your request. All requests for re-ranking must be made by the registered server owner. If you are not the server owner your post will be deleted.

- Music bots still count as bots.

If the whole IP is deranked/banned it's permanent. You will have to request a new IP to have a ranked server.

"I just rented/purchased this server and my whole IP is deranked/banned."

If a whole IP is deranked/banned it's because every server on that IP was fake.

There are some non-reputable game server providers that artificially boost the rank of their servers, then resell them to unsuspecting customers. If the server is rented or purchased though a game server provider and the whole IP is deranked/banned, it's likely the result of your providers actions.

Hello once again team,

Since months im trying to figure out why my server is got NR from gametracker.com once again, my NR was removed but after that i got again. And im really tired of this unfair decisions. Im managing this server and i swear to god theres no fake or idle player and what makes me more mad is gametracker.com doesnt give me a single reason for NR so i have no clue how to fix that misunderstanding problem. So my server stayed NR since months same as now, and my posts getting deleted without any reply so we cant take action and figure out this issue.

Im using gametracker.com more than few years, you can see im posting since 2021 regularly within 48 hour period to bump my topic https://www.gametracker.com/games/cs/forum.php?thread=182159&cfrmpstspge=1

If i cheated on rank why i should do that or why im trying to remove my NR since 1-2 year if im trusting my server fully and i havent got anything to hide or lose?

After NR removed from my server nothing been changed since then, once i got NR again and since months i gave up my server works and dealing and trying to find a way to fix that problem.

I hope you can reply to this otherwise i will give up for this because im so tired to everyday find reply to my questions. Once again, my server is 32/32 right now and status command output from console so you can verify steam ids & ips clearly.

Hello! Our problem is some random guys (their banned from all of the turkish servers because they are very toxic and hateful) are reporting all of the servers. all big public Turkish servers are banned because of this guys.

We absolutely do not use fake players and request a re-examination.

allthough there is only 1 Linux Sinusbot on our server the server ranking has been reduced can you check in the general rules you wrote that there is no problem with 3 bots but although there is only 1 bot on our server the server ranking has been reset.
