when i try to connect to rcon it say:
Unable to connect to remote server what should i do? rcon work without problem when using HLSW but not in game !

Most likely you haven't forwarded the sufficent ports for rcon access, you should forward port 27015 (TCP).

its running on my dedicated server so is not that case !
firewall is off and rcon working fine using HLSW but not in game! added 0.0.0.0 to start.bat too but still nothing what you think? ps: i have another server from gametracker.com and it have same problem ! NVM problem solved  i had proxifier active on my pc that was blocking csgo.exe lol
