I am having issue with site says offline but works elsewhere

The top 500 Counter Strike 1.6 servers are scanning correctly and very probably the next 500 CS servers too.
It is logical therefore to assume that the problem is unique to yourself, in which case there is nothing for us to fix. My server will not add or shows as down, what should I do? I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. Hint: I do not accept (or reply to) personal requests for re-ranking or unbanning. You must use the forums please.
