It seems there was a minor issue affecting a very small number of servers.
I could find only one example, other than the three that reported problems - all of which are now scanning normally. Moving to 'Bug Reports[RESOLVED] I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. Hint: I do not accept (or reply to) personal requests for re-ranking or unbanning. You must use the forums please.
