TeamSpeak3 Scanning Issue

Greetings,

Your GameTracker Bot have some issues in scanning with the next 2 servers:
> https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/164.132.220.97:9987/

I've followed the guidelines here:

Your bot it's joining the server and looks like its scanning it:

Your bot it's displaying the slots correctly, occupied and available.

However, on the GameTracker Page when you want to see all the channels or clients into them it just displays: "server down" [as seen in the previous 2 servers]

Here are some screenshots from Putty while using the commands precised in the 'common teamspeak 3 scanning problems":
> Connecting:

> Selecting server with port 9987:

> Command serverinfo:
> Command clientlist:
> Comamnd channellist:

[4. If all of your commands worked, your server can be added.]
- All the commands worked and i've provided proof for that, also i'm still connected via query as seen here: https://i.imgur.com/5pm0KV1.png

---

What seems to be the issue?

Port 10011 it's blocked from outside EXCEPT

208.167.241.190
208.167.241.188
208.167.241.186
208.167.241.184
149.28.43.230
108.61.78.150
108.61.78.149
45.77.96.90

Which are precised here:

If there was a issue with the connectivity, your bot wasn't able to connect or even get used slots and available OR at least hostname, for that you need to select the server and at least send 'clientlist' command via telnet and serverinfo for hostname and max-slots allowed.

The test is only valid if executed from an external IP address

You are testing from within a putty session ON ts.indungi.ro

Actually i'm testing from a dedicated server on Hetzner Network which i've whitelisted as well.

I think i can't make myself understood, your bot connects, selects server, requests serverinfo, clientlist and channellist and afterwards it just disconnected in 'timeout', on all TeamSpeak3 servers which i have added on zinguard network does the same.

IP 108.61.78.149 connects succesfully.

If you request me to open 10011 port for every ip in the world i will kindly refuse, i take security seriously.
> You may send me a PM with a desired IP so i can whitelist at this moment so you can test as much as you like.

Or, if you have a hidden IP which does a secondary 'interogation' to form the channeltree, at least tell me so i can add it as well.

Given that the majority of TS3 servers are being scanned correctly, or just accepting that many are being scanned correctly, you are going to have to accept that the issue is almost certainly at your end.

A configuration or permissions issue of some kind.

I just opened 15 server pages at random and all were scanning/displaying correctly.
I don't deny that others are apparently having similar issues to yourself, but that definitely appears to be the minority case.

I fixed the issue.

As your sistem goes:
> A bot connects from ip [108.61.78.149] and gets channellist/clientlist/serverinfo
> A secondary bot connects after the first connection from ip [45.77.96.90] and requests channellist -order so it can compute the ts3 channellist from your gametracker page.

The issue was that i didn't allowed 2 query connections in the same time.
> Maybe that helps others who may encounter the same issue.

That's excellent news

Thank you for sharing your findings.

I will ask that a developer, that understands the TS3 scanning process better than I do, to update the FAQ on the subject.
