How can I prevent the server from being arbitrarily added and claimed on gametracker.com? Previously, I had 4 IPs, and by blocking 2 of them, I was preventing unauthorized claims and server uploads to the site.

Blocking the GT scanner IPs would prevent servers from being added.
It is already impossible to claim a server unless you are the owner or someone with direct access to change the server name. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. Hint: I do not accept (or reply to) personal requests for re-ranking or unbanning. You must use the forums please.
