My server is not saving players and stats. Can you fix it please

I suggest you check your server settings CS:GO Server Query Configuration Settings
HLSW currently shows you have 7 players but none show a name. This is how GT is currently reading your server as well. No name or no score = no player stats saved. Other CSGO servers are correctly displaying player names and scores so this is unlikely to be a GT bug but a server configuration issue. I am a community user.
