I'd like to add some NetQuake servers (i.e.: TX.QuakeOne.net:26000) but it seems QW is only Quake 1 option.

There is a thread in the bug reports forum to request new game additions.

Thanks! I've posted.
I've noticed that nobody has gotten a reply to their request. Will it just appear if it is accepted? Do I assume that it was rejected if I don't see anything about it? The NetQuake community is a small community (as a collective of core players), but it has lots of traffic from new and revisiting legacy players. Quake World players will often revisit NetQuake as well. To help sustain the popularity of NetQuake, we need to have it recognized on server lists as an option. It's especially popular (still) among programmers and developers. Being a legacy game (that everyone knows), that is still being developed and modified, I'd hope that it isn't going to be overshadowed by the more modern games. -MS |

As stated in the thread, we rarely respond to individual game requests. If it's only a very small population, there isn't a good chance it will be added but it's still possible.

Thank you.
Fortunately, the developer of the Android App: “GameServer Monitor” found it worthy of adding to his application. That is how I was able to find this site: GameTracker.com I have my fingers crossed. -MS |
