I have a really BIG problem. I had a registered server on GameTrackers.com with name M@kiNeT CS Server ..::PuB::.. - Priluzje -. Now I have a problem that I cannot access to claim my server, and when I search Matching “Priluzje” because that word is in name, I find that one server have on list, bit is not my IP and I cannot claim settings. What to do!!!!????

The server needs to be able to scan in order to claim the server. This means you may need to make sure the server is online, scanning is not being blocked, and the server is properly reporting stats.
