Problem GameTracker could not scan the server

I can not add my server unreal tournament 2004
Ports and IP numbers are well
My server is not blocked by any firewall
The server is online and appearing in the masterlist of epic games and also users normally enter
the ip of my unreal tournament 2004 server is: 190.231.182.92
And the ports are:
Join Port: 7777, Query Port: 7787
