I have just rented a server and wanted to add it to gametracker.
i pressed the claim server and discovered that you require me to name the server gametracker. i cannot rename the server to just gametracker because my server has a brand. i can only add gametracker beside my brand. example: "Multiplay Gametracker"

this is not accepted by you and means i cannot add my server unless i pay for the brand to be removed.

why cant i put gametracker beside my brand!?

If there is a way that we could resolve this without me having to pay for de'branding please let me know as soon as possible!

In the manage server options, there is a (?) button next to the claiming button. Click it and it will give you the instructions you need to claim your server.
