Hi,

two servers of 5 would not scanned right. All server are on the same IP. Gametracker say that the serve are offline, if I make a manuel scan in Manage Menu than the server is short shown as online and 30min later it is offline.

When i'm logged in and click on "manage" and update the port information (without editing it) the server appears online. When the server is scanned again, the status is "offline" again. Any idea?

Hi, our Server is shown as "dead" alot of times, even it is here. As soon as i klick on Update Scanning Parameters it is shown real as it should be, but i don't have the time to click there all the day ^^ any idea?

It is realy bad that no command came from gametracker team. This server http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/78.143.41.14:27115/ is go down in ranking from 75th to 99th in two days because this state is wrong. Last week we had the same problem with ower server in the TOP20. The ranking isn't fair if not all servers a checked.

Every time when is refresh my server goes to offline, why ?! I played on him, all day and it's never offline, why on gr.com it's show that ?!

Hello, i have seen since yesterday my TS3 Server is not scanned by GT Service, only tsviewer.com continue to scan it correctly, but i don't see GT Scans!
