While we already take care of the vast majority of quality assurance tasks, we also handle user reported abuse via "Report Abuse" feature. This allows your report to remain anonymous.
How to Report a Page For Servers: Go to the server page, locate the Report Abuse button, and submit a brief description of the issue. For Server Blogs: Go to the server page, locate the flag next to the post (or it may be a Report link), and submit a brief description of the issue. For Teams: Go to the team page, locate the Report Abuse button, and submit a brief description of the issue. For Users: Go to the user's profile, locate the Report Abuse button, and submit a brief description of the issue. For Incorrectly linked nicknames: Go to the user's profile (not the player stats page), locate the Nickname, click the REPORT button next to it, and submit a brief description of the issue. What does it look like? Most Report Abuse buttons look similar to: What should I say in the report? Say what the problem is - eg. Fake players Give a brief pointer - eg. Look at player X, Y, Z playing right now You MUST attach a link with evidence or proof - screenshots or videos If you attach spam, you will be indefinitely suspended. No exceptions. So please be careful with what you send to be intended as a legitimate abuse report. Notes - A server only needs to be reported once. Spamming abuse reports is a waste of our time and yours and may result in your account being suspended. - The scope of our review is limited to what you say in your report. - We address nearly every abuse report that comes through within 24 hours, even on weekends and holidays. Sometimes it may take longer. Be patient. - Please do not report IP addresses or server names in the forums. This is considered spam and could result in your user profile being suspended.
