I'm trying to set up my new server. My server shows as alive and I see it in the AA3Loader server browser, but it says unknown for mission and weather and I cannot join it.

I've submitted an email to the premium support email as requested by a forum moderator and still haven't received support for my issue which renders my server somewhat useless.

I would expect better support for a "Premium" service...

GT Premium does not offer *instant* support.

GameTracker.com hosted premium servers offer self-managed servers at very low prices. As a result, GameTracker support staff cannot customize or provide customization help. If you are looking for fully managed servers, please purchase your subscriptions from www.gameservers.com instead.

However, there is support for technical service issues, billing issues, etc. In your case, you say you were not provided certain details when it was set up, you would qualify for support from staff. As you can assume from the nature of the packages, there is limited support. However, questions are usually responded to quickly. I would expect that your request should be answered by the end of business today, possibly relatively soon being that it is at the start of American business hours.

Most of that is clearly understood, except that (in my case) the information required to have the server running as required by the game has not been provided. I can do everything else on my own and that is very well understood. I await the proper support.

I've taken care of my issues through the game support. How long will it take Gametracker to show the server correctly?
