For some reason the arma2 server we have says its offline on gametracker but the server is running fine. Not shore who's end it is. Game tracker or the host.

I do not seem to be able to find this server on HLSW (hlsw.org). Your best bet would be to contact your host as I would expect it could be a firewall issue. I am not sure if this would effect it, but if you made changes when it began showing as down, you could review those to see if it is related.

I have spent the week working with the host and we cant seem to work out why its no longer being tracker. The host is primary target. They even changed the ip. could you see if game tracker can find this ip please.

Servers can be added by anyone on http://www.gametracker.com/servers/ Unfortunately since it is not scannable on HLSW, I will not be able to add it.

HLSW (hlsw.org) is a good tool to test to see if GT would be able to see it but it is easier than trying to add it a bunch of times.

I am assuming they have already confirmed and double checked that the firewall/router is absolutely not the problem? Are there any server settings that determine if stats are reported? Do you run any game mods that could be affecting stats reporting?
