I own a very popular arma2 server, and its tracked on gametracker. However, i want to claim but its packed 24/7. I dont want to have to shut down the server, change the name, and wait to claim it. As this would greatly effect our ingame numbers and uptime. As we get donations based on these things. So is there anyway i can verify that i actually own the server and claim it without the long and annoying name change process.

Unfortunately we cannot manually assign you to the server.

Does ARMA allow you to change the name on the fly (eg.through RCON)?

If not, it should not take more than a minute to get it claimed and back to normal. Just open the claim server page in one window and have your server config / ftp in another window. Change the name, restart, and edit the name back without saving / uploading changes. Click the claim button and then change the settings back by hitting save or uploading the config. - The process as I describe it could not take more than a minute, and thus, would not be horrible to do it in your evening hours.
