Have a look at a Game-Server I administer here:

Now have a look at a Game-Server which belongs to my competitors, here:

My Game-Server has been "gaining steam" over my competitors in the last 3 days, yet it's global ranking hasn't budged one point where my competitor's has been gaining nearly 10 points each day of those last 3 days.

Seems odd and would appreciate it if you'd look into it.

The server wwith the better rank appears to have more popularity in recent times. Recent times affect the rank the most.

Please consider adding an instant-email-notification feature in your forums.

It'll be very helpful and threads could come to a conclusion much more quickly.

My server isn't getting updated anymore, it shows current players as 0 even though it's full right now (32/32).

Maybe something is messed up with the Game-Tracker system after all (specifically regarding my Game-Server), which leads to the loss of valuable ranking points in Game-Tracker's system.

Well there is really no set way for me to tell you exactly that the other server is just more popular in recent times or there is some bug. The servers are so close in ranking that there is not much of a difference so its kind of hard to look at.

As far as what you mentioned about a possible bug, a couple server admins have reported that in the bug reports forum so it is possible that there is an issue for a select set of servers. That in particular was only reported in today or yesterday, I believe, so I don't believe it could have affected you much at all by now.
