Hi all,
My server shows the wrong port ![]() This is my server on Gametracker: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/31.204.131.27:25506 But the game port is 25501, see Battlelog please: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/servers/show/pc/cadacabf-b377-49a9-a509-9624e6c67d29/i3D-net-1-Conquest-Large-All-Maps-Official/ For some reason (which I don't know) Gametracker shows the query port as my game port. Can this be changed to 25501 please? Looks like another server "nicked" my port ![]() http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/31.204.131.27:25501 Please advice how to fix this. Kind regards, Ruffneckz |

I can delete http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/31.204.131.27:25506/ and then update the query port on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/31.204.131.27:25501/
Let me know when you are ready for me to proceed. ![]() |

burn wrote: What do you mean exactly with when I'm ready to proceed? I won't lose my stats on Gametracker I hope? And should it not be the other way around, delete the (false) entry with 25501 and change my 25506 to 25501? Like I said, 25506 is my query port and 25501 is my (public) game port. The entry which has 25501 at this time is a wrong entry, so that one has to be changed as well. Looking forward to hear from you. Regards, Ruffneckz |

In order to change the join port of a page, a server will need to be re-added since there is no feature on the website to do so.
In the case that users add servers incorrectly (ie. these two), this is what needs to happen. The plan, as stated previously is to delete: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/31.204.131.27:25506/ and then update the query port on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/31.204.131.27:25501/ However, I've just gone ahead and done it a little differently. I did the following: 1. Deleted 25501 2. Updated the query port on 25506 to 25535 (what 25501 was set to) 3. Re-added 25501 with 25506 as the query port. You can now go ahead and claim 25501 and migrate player stats from 25506 to 25501. This was a bit of a hackish way around. ![]() |

Hmmz, not really happy with this...
Now the server which isn't mine is ranked 5th in the Netherlands: http://www.gametracker.com/search/bf4/NL/?=GO And my server is ranked last in the Netherlands: http://www.gametracker.com/search/bf4/NL/?=GO&searchpge=22#search This is not wat I meant... Now the wrong server has my position. Which was weeks of hard work to get it there. If there's no other wat to fix this please turn it back? I can live with the fact that the wrong port is displayed, the server stats are more important than a portnumber. Looking forward to hear from you. Kind regards, Ruffneckz |

As extra information to the above:
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/31.204.131.27:25506/manage/ This server is not correct, 25506 is my query port on 31.204.131.27:25501 http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/31.204.131.27:25501/manage/ As you can see the above link shows the query port on 25506 So the first link is wrong, there can only be 1 server on Gametracker which is on 31.204.131.27 with game port 25501 and query port 25506. Hope this makes things clear ![]() ![]() Regards, Ruffneckz |

To repeat my message, you'll need to:
1. Go to the page that is currently using port 25501. 2. Claim it 3. Go to the page with port 25506. 4. Use the migrate stats option and select the 25501 server. The player stats will then be on the new page. It is not currently possible to transfer rank between servers on different ports. However, since rank only looks at up to one weeks worth of data, you may be pleased to know that it won't take you very long at all to get back to where you were. It's also better to have the correct information (ports) to ensure people are able to find your server more easily. PS. You are correct, those server pages do not have the same query ports. ![]()

Okay, I transferred the stats from 25506 to my 25501 server.
But what now with the wrong server entry? This one: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/31.204.131.27:25506 Do I now need to push the delete button or do you have to delete is? Cause it's still listed with 25506 which is wrong. |

It should be fine to leave it as is, but you are welcome to delete it if you want.

Okay, maybe I'm not clear, English is not my native language. Sorry if my posts are unclear
![]() Anyway, when I log into the i3D portal my server has the following specs: 31.204.131.27:25501 (game port) 31.204.131.27:25506 (query port) If I now delete this server in Gametracker: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/31.204.131.27:25506 Then it still exists on Gametracker but just not connected to my account. But that entire entry should be removed from Gametracker or changed to whatever the real game port is. Maybe it's 25502? I don't know, I just know that 25506 is not the right one for that server ![]() 25506 is my query port on my 25501 server. Please let me know if this is clear or not. Kind regards, Ruffneckz |
